Ah .. I know that area, never thought of Greenhills mall as a Megamall.     Anyway MOA is the absolute fastest for receiving the visa package .. embassy even states that.

Greenhills is a totally different mall. Megamall is supposed to be the biggest in the Philippines. But there are both of those and several other shopping areas there:
