So never had any hospitalisations for my asthma, treat with standard inhalers and steroids occasionally when I have bad respiratory illnesses.

so apart from stating that and the medication I use and my one known asthma trigger (wood smoke) what else do Knightsbridge need from my doctor about my asthma?

Just request your full medical records. Asthma won’t be a problem.

As it’s an ongoing condition my doctor has  to report on it and wants to know what he should include as it’s just line entries in his practice computer.

So does he need to include every peak flow reading etc, every time I’ve been prescribed steroids etc that would take weeks to do?

And she will pay to see another doctor (Civil Surgeon) in US to write those free shots on an official immigration form (I-693). And most won't do it without doing a full immigration medical exam including TB skin test. $250-$350 charges some have experienced.
