Has anyone had luck with a successful approved I-601 waiver for a fiancé visa? I’m having a hard time with extreme hardship and just wondering if anyone has any tips suggestions on where to begin?

You might also consider hiring an immigration attorney with significant experience and success in filing waivers on behalf of their clients. This is one area where people have found the assistance of attorneys to be quite beneficial.
