Our cases must be in the same batch. My case was approved at TSC on 11/2 and I received a text saying it had been sent to the NVC on 11/14. I also called yesterday, nothing yet. USPS delivery times are usually 7-10 business days, so I think 10 days - 2 weeks is standard, unfortunately.

Oh yeah right a few days apart from TSC too. Well, great I'll follow your timeline and let's stay in touch! Thanks! :)

They will receive in week or two ,mine case was sent to NVC on 11/7 and received by NVC on 11/16 so if your case was sent on 11/15 ,expect them to receive by next week.

Thank you!!! I hope so. This is so reassuring! :)

Our case was approved on 11/05/18. On 11/15/18, we got a text from USCIS indicating they had sent the case to the DOS/NVC. I called yesterday (11/19/18), but still nothing has been received or assigned. Does anyone know what sort of mail courier they use that it takes 2 weeks to arrive...just you know a thought.

Mine took 17 days to get to the NVC from the TSC.

I am seeing lot of people complaining about refused documents in NVC once submitted which is adding extra time to process after upload and re-submit. Is there a link which explains what is the correct way to scan documents and send to NVC so they can accept it correctly first time. Any personal experiences ?

This is a wiki by Saiylin which is useful:

This is the NVC website which is also useful and breaks things down step by step. The link here is to the "Collect financial documentation" page:
