J1 waiver "Display Packet" buton

Hello everyone one, I am new here.

I have been trying for the past 2 days to apply for a J1 waiver. When I reach the end of the application, I see the green button that says "Display Packet". It is supposed to load up a pdf file that contains the application and barcode that I'm supposed to mail to the state department.

My problem is that once I click that button, I get redirected to an error page (screenshot attached).

I have tried to do this in chrome, firefox, safari on my iMac computer, and I tried also on Chrome and Firefox on a Windows laptop. I always get the same error page after I hit "Display Packet".

Has anyone encountered this before? Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated! I really need to apply for the J1 wavier asap.

Thanks!

Hello, the same problem on me. I just tried again but still no luck. How about you? Did you resolve the problem? I have also reported the technical issue to the website.

I haven't resolved this problem yet. I emailed the state department at 212ewaiver@state.gov but I still haven't received a reply. Let me know if you resolve this problem

Good morning,

So I just tried again and it still doesn't work. I just called the J1 visa hotline (866-283-9090) and they suggested me to email another office (jvisas@state.gov). So I did. Also I filed a website error using the Bureau of educational and cultural affairs (https://eca.state.gov/website-problems-or-corrections). I'll keep you guys posted.

Thanks, Orpheus !!! I will also write to the same e-mail ID. In fact, we all should do that so that they know the severity of the situation. I will keep posted and suggest everyone to inform if it starts working for them.

Cheers,

RJ
