I plan to send one check.....Make the check payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security. NOTE: Spell out U.S. Department of Homeland Security; do not use the initials “USDHS” or “DHS.”

On the memo area, I will write "I-751 & Biometrics".

Getting a will and living will with your spouse is always a good idea, and it can only help in adding to evidence for the I751.  We were not in the same living situation, but we did wills and living wills between our AOS and ROC.  I am not sure if it helped as it was only part of the massive amount of evidence we submitted, but I am quite certain it did not hurt.  Doing these online if fairly easy, and you can go to a FedEx or UPS store to get it notarized if necessary.

Good Luck!

Since Sept. 10, USCIS now accepts credit cards for the I-751: https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-expands-credit-card-payment-option-fees Thus, a quick way to earn credit card rewards, for applicable credit card programs.

A normal will for each of u leaving assests and instructions for care of the child is important

a living will really has nothing to do with a relationship

it is for the medical profession to know what to do if you are  completely incapacitated and need to be kept alive by equipment

The actual words depending on the state.  I agree with you -  a "living will" talks about whether or not you wish to be resuscitated, what life-saving steps you want.  It is the "Medical Power of Attorney" that establishes WHO makes medical decisions for you if you are unable to make them on your own.  Most of the time, spouses give each other their medical power of attorney - and that is a powerful statement of "togetherness".

that is very complicated for some to understand and should only be given to a spouse if they fully understand the meaning

most beneficaries can't even get over our tax system (personal withholdings,  property taxes,  tax returns,  medicare withholding SS withholding)

and then we have insurances  (car,  house,  medical,  dental,  medicare,  medicaid,  presciptions)

on top of credit scores and the high cost of interest on purchases and credit cards

Best thing i helped my husband on was telling him to keep a good credit score
