Question: Is your spouse or parent's spouse currently serving with or employed by the US Government and serving outside the US? Y or N?

I need help in answering this question. My husband is an Active Duty Army and would possibly be deployed in a few weeks. I'm filling for my ROC as soon as i can and before he leaves. What answer should i put in the question above?

Thanks in advance!

No, unless your husband has official orders to show he will be deployed at the time when you guys send out your packet.

Also, do i have to put myself as the preparer? or just leave it blank?

you are the petitioner, not the preparer.
