Sending AOS tomorrow and I wanted to get input for the November filers as it relates to fedex verses usps, I know they’re two different addresses to send them too but I only see the majority people sending to the lockbox!

USPS takes same amount of time usually, is trackable and is cheaper. Why would I spend extra money just so a human could sign for the package?

My original copy that I received from my Panel Physician overseas was an ugly photocopy of the original he submitted in my sealed medical envelope anyways so I dont see how they could determine mine is an original or a photocopy. It's not like its signed with wet ink or has any type of seal. Print the scanned copy and bring that to your interview just in cases. They wont know the diff.

@sheenaph Yes same for me, the one they gave me is already a photocopy so it's not an issue if you bring a photocopy to the interview ;)

Sent packages two times with USPS and never had an issue, it took two days for the package to arrive.

Anybody has sent theirs and already gotten a receipt notice from USCIS yet?

Our was delivered to the Chicago lockbox on November 9th but still no e-mail nor text message with any type of notice. Just trying to understand how long it usually takes for them to confirm receipt.

14 days for NOA1 hardcopies to come in the mail from date of mailing. Email/text notification a few days sooner than that if you attached a G1145 to each of the three applications.

I sent my aos on the 9th and it was delivered on the 11th. Haven’t heard anything back and my checks were not cashed. I did sent the email and text notification form. Hopefully I hear back this week.

Interesting. Tomorrow will be 14 days since I mailed it. I wonder if we should start worrying if there are no notifications by Friday. We sent ours to the Chicago lockbox.
