Hi guys, my 90 day period starts in December. I have a question i hope you can help me with. We have been happily married for the past two years but as far as evidence for the removal of conditions we don't have a joint bank account. We do have the tax transcripts filling as married, insurance, credit cards where i am authorized user, lease agreement showing both us residents, affidavits from family and friends, photos, travels together... We will open a joint bank account in the next few days just in case. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!! :)

I don't know if opening a joint account now is gonna change much, because they want to see that you use it. Maybe have a few transactions on it right away with both of your cards.

I think you have quite some evidences together already, and a lot of financial involvement with each other that you shouldn't have any problem.

Good luck :)

Definitely to the Lockbox, as Joulie advised you.

I was not sure why you need the address for the actual service center, lol.

Hi, guys, thank you for starting this thread. Our case was received on November 2. No NOA updates yet.

Welcome on this thread and good luck on this journey!

Where did you file? USCIS is closed today in the observance of Veteran's day so you might not hear anything today.

What service center was your case routed to?

We sent my package to Arizona, not sure what would be its next destination. Based on this forum's timeline, not expecting anything next week:sleepy:.

Hi guys, our 90 day window started few weeks back and I am in the middle of assembling my I-751 packet.  I just have a few questions on some of the questions that Id like to ask from the actual FORM I-751.  Appreciate your help.

1. In Part 1 of the form, where it asks at number 16 " Is Your physical address different than your mailing address?"  Our answer is NO, so in number 17 shall I leave the Physical Address lines blank or I shall put N/A as our address is same as our mailing address.

2.  Same as Part 5, where it asks to list info of any children(s), we dont have any children yet so is it ok to put N/A on those two pages or shall I leave it blank.  As per the instruction page it did say put N/A or None for numeric responses, but just want to see what my other friends on here did, cause I know how picky one can be for leaving alot of blanks as well as having alot of N/As.

3.  The Part 6 column, where it asks you 3 questions regarding accommodation for individuals with disabilities, those questions dont apply to us so I have ticked NO for those 3 questions.  Then right below it says if you marked YES, select one of the applicable boxes and describe, in this case my answer was NO, so the blank lines in that can be left blank or N/A.

4.  The last question is in the Interpretors column in Part 9, since we didnt have one as my wife the petitioner filled this application out along with me her husband of course, so do i have to write N/A in all those columns as well or can be left blank.

My main concern is not to leave any column(s) with blanks and have a reason for them to issue an RFE because unlike some other applications,a lot of the questions dont apply to our case.  Appreciate all of the feedback and help.  Good luck to all.

Per USCIS instructions we put N/A on all the questions not applicable to us.

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed.
