Hi guys, I'm starting a new thread for people in my case getting ready to send their package i751 to remove conditions on their green card.

I sent mine today, and will get there on November 1st. So I'm a November filer.

Here we go, let share and help each other if necessary 😉

Same here. My packet was delivered to the Texas address on the 1st. I’m trying to find some information regarding the typical wait time for a notice that they’ve received the packet and will begin processing it.

I sent mine to AZ lockbox. Texas seems to be faster than AZ. You might get a notification at the beginning of the week hopefully. Fingers crossed 😊

I’m freaking out!  I sent my package USPS EXpress on November 1st to Arizona.  This is about a week and a half since my 90 day window opened.  The guy told me that this was the most secure way to send it.  I was guaranteed delivery November 2 by 3pm.  It is now Saturday morning November 3 at 6am and I still haven’t received notice that the package was delivered!  It just says the package is in transit.  Is this normal?  I hope not.  Should have just sent it UPS.

Do I prepare another package this weekend to send?  I am out of the country next week and I am starting to worry about timing.  What happens if USCIS receives two duplicate applications?

You should call usps first to know where is your package and why it taking for ever to get delivered. I had the same issue,  my package took 5 days instead of 3 days, because they sent it to the wrong post office and they had to redirect it to the right place. I was worried too. But I called usps and everything went fine. Your package might be delivered on Monday now.

If you send a 2nd package, you'll have to issue a second cashier's check or pay a second time if credit card was used. But one of your package will be returned to you later for sure. Just too much work to my opinion!

Hello all:

We are mailing our I-751 package on Monday to Texas P.O. Box.   I used the tabs idea for all of the Annexes -- I have Annexes A all the way to Z!  Our 90-day window opened on October 13th.  But it has taken us more time to get our package together than I thought.  Good luck everyone!

Hi MASH, I simply photocopied all relevant photos since our wedding date (in black and white) two to a page, and then hand wrote who was in the photo, date and location, and reason or event being photographed.  All photo pages then went (labeled and categorised) into a plastic sleeve.

We printed out our photos on regular paper so the size would be the same as the other document. We also wrote some brief descriptions under each photo.
