no joke. they probably do have a 'best of' wall somewhere 😂🤣😂

This reminds me of the couple who wanted to send a photo of them together on the bed with her only wearing her bra and panties .  I am sure that would qualify.

YMMV

I'm pretty sure there's a note on the USCIS web site about not sending explicit pictures, and I can't think it's there for no reason ...

Yup; it's stated as "Do not include" under "Special Instructions" section for both the I-129F and I-130:

Quote

Graphic photos of childbirth or intimate relations as evidence of a relationship or marital bona fides

Don't believe it until I see those photos.

Personally would never take photos of anything intimate as they seem to cause problems down the line. That's just my opinion.

Pictures are secondary evidence, yes. BUT I've read stories about the officer not wanting aditional information at the interview and they take in consideration only the USCIS package. So I would send a little more of just the basics, for example, a few pictures together, maybe some chats, things to complement the "proof of meeting" documents but also to show that you have been consistent with the relationship, do not get a bulky file, just basic stuff. THEN at the interview you take MORE evidence to complement what the officer already view in your file.

It's what we did with our file, we are still waiting NOA2 due to a RFE but not related to this part of the application.

I think there was a guy who sent graphic photos of him and his fiancee and I think a third person to USCIS by accident. There was also one lady who brought sexually explicit photos to her AOS interview and was upset when they didn't look at them. She was also upset that the officer didn't ask them about their sex life, she mentioned it several times. So all kinds of people exist.

You wouldn't but it doesn't take a long search on the internet to make it obvious that well, there are enough people who do that 😀
