Medical Exam - Vaccination Record

American's sure push the flu shot.  everyone looked at me like I have a middle eyeball when I said I wasn't getting the flu shot.  I have gotten it once, when a close family member was very sick but other wise I never had and I've had the flu once in my life.  I totally believe in vaccinations.  However I've worked retail for 17 years, if I was going to catch things I would.  Unless I work in an environment where it's more likely for me to get sick (like at a human hospital) I'm not getting the flu shot.

No luck. They say they only keep records from 1985 onwards..... Also said they have no archived records from before this year. Hmm

After I called my public health unit people, I received my records from Alberta Health Services.  Their contact information:

Alberta Health Services Immunization Records, phone:  780-413-7985

The records I received were:

1.  Infant and Pre-School Clinic form I22 0206

2.  Edmonton Board of Health - Confidential Health Record.

Good luck with the search for your documents.

I tried again. No luck. Only have records from 1984 onwards. You got lucky, they have no idea what I’m even talking about when I asked about those 2 records. I went to school in Calgary so they transferred me to a different number. Thanks anyways...
