Current processing time from K1 interview until visa courier

Just wondered if anyone had their interview this October and how many days it took for the UK Embassy to return your passport and visa?

I had my interview last Monday, CEAC status turned to non-immigrant yesterday (Friday) which is said to be a sign that printing/mailing is imminent. I expect some movement next week and to hopefully have it before the end of the week. 

 

The CO who did my interview say "usually within 2 weeks". 

 

Did you already have your interview? You don't have a timeline set up.

RFE:  22 August 2018

NOA 2: 08 September 2018

Medical: 16 October 2018

Interview: 22 October 2018

Visa in Hand: 2 November 2018 

POE: 10 November 2018 - Baltimore

Wedding:  :wub: :

Sorry. My daughters was on last Monday too, in the morning. Where do you go to see update?  Do you have a link?  I’ll get her to log on to her account

Get her to enter her LND case number her and it should show her either "Administrative processing" "ready" "application received" or "issued" I wouldn't worry too much about what it says because it seems to be slightly different for everyone, however, obviously if it says issued then its likely it has been issued! 

 

You should then get an email or text (?) from the courier when it is on its way to you.

Ok so it says case created 26 Oct. Non-immigrant,  “Administrative Processing”

If it says nonimmigrant that it should be close to being issued, fingers crossed! 

 

When is she planning to fly?

She will be cutting it fine but many people do the same thing and it seems to mostly work out. 

 

Did she book the flight already or is that just when she hopes to fly?

Well, I'm glad you haven't committed to flights at that price I would be having a breakdown! haha.  😂 how sweet of you to do that for them!

 

My flight is around £300 so I have already booked for the 10th and ill just take the fall if I don't get the visa back in time.

Hiya. Her visa status is saying ISSUED. Has yours been ISSUED today?  Just waiting anxiously to hear from the courier. Have you had anything through yet?

Congratulations!

Yes, mine changed to issued too. Judging from previous posts I wouldn’t expect to hear from the courier till Wednesday (for Thursday delivery) at the earliest. However, you might be lucky and hear earlier but don’t stress if not.

Haha I do that all the time! It's a long, drawn out process for sure. But we are almost at the end! Another week and it's over
