6 months. Possible, but also possible not, which is why I said if she can't by the time it expires. It is clearly preferable to follow the current path to its end. K1 seems odd when she does not have any one in the US and makes the Domicile issue more relevant.

A quick search shows that there are lots of dental assistant jobs in NJ and region, so it should be easy to apply online if you qualify, get a job interview, then move there and start working so you don't need a co-sponsor.

 

Qualifications:
Must have prior work experience as an Dental Assistant
Associate degree or certificate from college or technical school
X-Ray license required

 

Sometimes health professionals from out of the country have to re-certify and/or get a new license to practice in the US so that may take some time; it should be easy for you to check this online.  If you really want to be together in the US with your current K1 application, going ahead now on your own would be the way to go, since you would have looked for a job when you arrived anyway.  Do you have an established US domicile even if you get lucky and find a co-sponsor?

And well both my parents are retired and decided to move here in Nicaragua. So it's not possible. I have contacted some cousins in US. They said they will let me know later on. I definitely understand no one can say yes right away because to them it's a huge responsability.  I guess no one else knows like us how the visa situation is and that we don't want to harm the co-sponsors. 

I will look all posible co-sponsor before I decide my final decision. 

 

I will pray to God that this will solve soon. To many days of crying and stress. 

I might have missed your answer, but is there anything preventing you from moving back/starting to work sooner?

 

As the saying goes: if you want something done, do it yourself - being the solution might be easier than reaching out to others.

So if i cant find a co sponsor its best for me to return to jersey as soon as possible work and try to show proof of financial support before k1 visa expires.

Well i used my best friends domicile and she helped me file the paperwork.

Thanks so much. And yes i have looked for jobs online frequently. 

And yes i do have a domicile when i move back. My best friend will take us in until we get settled.

Its kind of on the personal level but their is a danger in leaving Nicaragua on my own. 

I would really have to think about it that is why i have been looking for all options. 

 

I really do wish it was as easy as saying i will go back to jersey next week.

The idea of Domicile for immigration purposes is more than just having a place to live. It's either actually living there, or one can show intent to reestablish domicile via documentation showing plans and actions taken to live there before the applicant enters the US (i.e. moving quotes, job searches/offers, etc.).

Well i do have two job offers. They are not as dental assistance. 

One is as a receptionist for a pest control company. And the other is a manager at a restaurant. 

They both really want me to work there and have offered me these jobs... 

I was going to show these letters from both employers the day of the interview.
