Hello there. I would like to know what should i put in the Envelope exept the Petition ,Form I-129 F ?

Should i put there the letter i Intend to get married within 90 days?

And How should i do he payment? Should the Check be included in the Envelope?

You need to put in the petition, all the supporting evidence and payment

So all the proves that shows about my Relationship ? Do i have to put them now? Or at the date of the Interview?

And if someone knows how can we make the payment now that i am abroad and not in US ?

Two letters of intent or one letter with two signatures.  Passport photos of each, payment, proof of the legal end of previous marriages, proof that you have met in person within the last two years.  This is the easy part.  I suggest going to the USCIS Instructions for form I-129f.  Follow those exactly and you will be fine.

They accept credit or debit card payments with the submission of the electronic payment form

See my previous post about I-129f instructions.  As far as payment, they previously did not accept online payment for I-129f.  Check on the USCIS website for the latest information.

For I-129f?  That must be new.  I tried that and the I-129f was not listed as eligible for online payment!  They are moving into the 21st Century!

Didn't say online.   You need to include the G1450.  Haven't learned to carefully read yet, now have you.

Strongly recommend using the "optional" I-129f petition instructions/check list on the USCIS site.

Yes,i just finished the form. i just wasn't sure what else to put in the Envelope .

Did you find the check list?  It tells you exactly what to include in the envelope.
