Didn’t tell interviewer at naturalization interview about marriage

I stand corrected. Yes, I did read that Supreme Court decision and the majority opinion. You guys are probably 90% correct. That would not be a bar to Naturalization, and thus not grounds for revocation.

But I wonder if not stating you are married could be considered a material mis-representation. (10%).

Material to what????  It seems it wouldn't matter if the OP was married or single....

Probably nothing. But if you read the OP's info, there is something fishy about this case. Seems like the OP is going through some custody battle, and does not want to disclose the marriage.

Just a hunch. Again, legally, my hunches are irrelevant.

I had my interview two weeks ago and I said I was single . I didn’t file for my husband yet because he has an obligation with work that he can not get out (contract)

So you didn’t just not say you were married - you actually lied and said you were single? Why??????

Material, for example, to good moral character.  If she lied on purpose (why? that's what many of us are asking), is that good moral character?  Who knows.

Agree the why thing was the first thing that came to my mind, one would assume there is a real reason which may be pertinent.

No doubt come up anyway if the OP is looking to sponsor a spouse, sindle when naturalised but now married at a prior date.

The OP refers enigmatically to 'losing her son'. There probably will not be enough detail about this from the OP, but it implies something beyond mere "I stated I'm single when I'm actually married".

Specifically, it brings into question many possible issues that OP probably will never explain clearly here, including unclear past/present marriages time overlaps, ongoing custody battles, or any other facet that might tie to good moral character on her part.

The OP needs a competent lawyer since she's not about to post all details here, and there's no point in speculating what might happen to her.

From the way this is worded, it sounds like you were directly asked at your interview about your marital status and you outright lied to the officer.

I take my oath soon how will this affect my husband application when I am ready to file for him .

How much it will affect his application is still unknown, as you have not shared much information in this thread that could be relevant.

Will it come to light?  Yes, once they do their preliminary checks and see the date of the marriage certificate versus the date of your interview where you stated you were single, and the oath certificate issued with the marital status listed as "SINGLE"

I always thought it was curious that my naturalization certificate shows my marital status. It seemed pretty strange - like my passport listing that. But it also means any attempt by OP to petition her spouse will lead to trouble due to mismatch in dates on her marriage evidence offered, and her own naturalization certificate that becomes part of his petition evidence.

OP has variously mentioned 'losing her son' , 'losing her marriage while trying to get citizenship' and spouse being in another country. These are problems, because in addition to specifically not stating something accurately about her status (which may or may not be material), she's evidently concealing it for cause, and that reason might be material. She's obviously not going to state details here but she needs legal counsel, having done what she did.

Hmm... if it does turn out that OP is hiding this because of basically being married to more than one person at the same time as some posters have suggested - then OP presumably also falsely answered the question on the N400 form about bigamy.

Not much relevant help can be given without @Nthom1222 giving relevant information...seems not much point to this thread until then.
