Can anyone tell me if after an error visa is re- issued, will it change from administrative processing the second time to issued, for me to know  that a new visa has been issued?

Your visa was issued and it's just an error that occurred and was sent back for correction .

However , I think you should call or email to confirm about the  status of your visa since it been a couple of days now  .
