Update::

So my husband had his appointment with the snap violation attorney this morning and he reassured my husband that this has no effect on his immigration status and that he’s spoken with many immigration lawyers because many people have had the same concern and that it is nothing for him to worry about regarding his naturalization. He said his case is basic and his firm will fight it and hopefully we’ll have some good results. Basically a penalty for extending credit to customers is a one year disqualification for his store but the lawyer is gonna do everything on his end to not disqualify him.
