Naw what you have with the insurance documents will be fine so don't worry. ROC is usually scrutinized for joint documents less than AOS is so dw.

youll have to look up your state's laws regarding wills.

 

i dont have a living will, but i do have a will and power of attorney which has a clause for medical. I didnt have to do anything other than have it signed, witnessed and notarized.

 

but all states are different.

We filed jointly as couple for our tax returns at H&R Block and they gave us documents at end should I use those with my ROC application package or need to ask IRS for tax transcript?sorry if somebody get annoyed with my questions it’s just that I got confused with this issue

nothing to get confused over. use your tax transcripts. they show everything and PROVE it was filed and not just filled out and printed off (and never sent)

Transcripts are the best doc to use save from having to send all schedules and support docs.

look for other concurrently filing both petition or one's that have. I have read here in VJ of people actually having a combo interview. Both most likely are being processed at different locations and very doubtfull both would ever land in the same officers desk. If and when they do, it's when you N-400 is approved. Hope this helps you out

If you file for n400 with pending i751 then It’s becomes more likely that you would be called for both interviews i751 and n400 is that correct?i mean sometime i751 gets approved without USCIS calling you for the interview

When they schedule N400 interviews, I believe they are forced to look for your pending I-751 and then they adjudicate them together.
