No, shouldn't be an issue. The I-864 instructions even state that transcripts are suitable. Unless that also changes, I wouldn't think twice about it.

Can my brother in law and father in law sign as witness for living will We don’t have any property,cars on our name(husband and wife) fortunately we don’t have diseases either

It depends on the law in your state.  For example, in Texas, of the 2 witnesses required, one witness can not be a blood relative.  Here is the Texas requirements per an MD Anderson living will for Texas.  I would advise you to Google living wills in your state.

 

"Two competent adult witnesses must sign below, acknowledging the signature of the declarant. The witness designated as Witness 1 may not be a person designated to make a treatment decision for the patient and may not be related to the patient by blood or marriage. This witness may not be entitled to any part of the estate and may not have a claim against the estate of the patient. This witness may not be the attending physician or an employee of the attending physician. If this witness is an employee of a health care facility in which the patient is being cared for, this witness may not be involved in providing direct patient care to the patient. This witness may not be an officer, director, partner, or business office employee of a health care facility in which the patient is being cared for or of any parent organization of the health care facility"

I have couple of questions is it good idea to attach affidavit from father in law and mother in law stating they are owner of the house and all bills are under their name is it good idea to attach explainatory letter that why we both don’t have joint insurance?

Yes. you can also submit proof that your in -laws own the house w their letter

I am going to file for my ROC soon and I feel I don’t have strong evidence for it I have joint tax return,joint bank account ,joint credit cards,joint gym membership Sam club member ship,son birth certificate    One letter from in laws stating they own house and we are living with them 2 affidavit for bonafide marriage,close to 60 photos from different occasions like birthdays,have separate health insurances,no life insurance,had joint dental insurance and life insurance coverage for 6 months through work but now expired I don’t know is it good idea to attach them as they are expired I think our evidence are weak we never went on trip other than that going to movies couple of times but reality is our financial situation is weak we cannot afford house and cars we are living with in-laws

I would include the insurance documents......I also think you have ample evidence.......good luck......

you can only submit what you have, right?

 

id use the insurance from when it was joint and a note saying you simply havent renewed it yet.

 

you can also use a joint cell phone bill if you have that.

I would include it.  It is one piece of documentation which was created during a bona fide marriage.  The fact that it is no longer active does not invalidate that it is evidence of your marriage.........Your PACKAGE of evidence should include a variety of items generated during your marriage....and your package does......imo.

 

Example:  If a married couple lived at 2 different addresses during the conditional Green card period.  Would you leave out evidence of living at the 1st address because you no longer live there?  I wouldn't.  It helps to show a history of documents generated during the marriage.....

Guys I was thinking of making living will and adding it with ROC package but it’s legal document so bit hesitant in making it i mean I don’t have any disease but still little hesitant making it as it’s legal document Is it compulsory  to submit living will one copy to primary care doctor and if I don’t send copy to primary care doctor would it make ineffective and lastly do we need to send original or copy of living will to uscis?
