That's in part why I said some form of will. A will just says my things go to these people. Doesn't have to be property like housing or cars; but I don't know much about the specifics on the will portion,  but the OP can look and read into them also.

I believe Medical power of attorney will be the best advise for OP, since right now the property is currently under the OP's spouse parents.

Definately is advisable. Easy to fill out too.

Thank guys yes Is there any different between living will and medical power of attorney and can sibling become one witness and 2nd one would be friend sibling is spouse brother would it be fine

Did anyone send form G 1145 with roc?if I send this form to uscis then will they notify me with every major change or update in my case like them receiving my petition sending 18 month extension letter biometrics letter?

they will be able to send you updates to your email yes, but this is no guarantee that they will.

With roc petitions being sent to lockboxes, applicants can send in a g1145 to get receipt notice by email and text. But the g1145 is only for the receipt notice, not for any other change in status/ step of the process. Also, it’s not 100% reliable.

I added the form to my packet and not once have I recieved an email or text. It was sent July 2017.

You sent it to a service center, right? If you read the special instructions, you’ll see it will only work if sent to a lockbox

We filed for tax return jointly at H&R Block and at end they gave some paper/documents back are these documents known as tax returns?then I read somewhere that some people are getting IRS tax return transcript and they submit those with ROC application now I already placed an request to IRS for last 2 year tax return transcript to send me via mail and they would send it in 5-10 days via mail which one should I send to USCIS IRS tax return transcript or the one H&R Block gave us?sorry if my question annoy somebody

Can just get transcripts here. Download and print :  https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

I believe you can no longer get IRS transcripts online. They will mail a hard copy to the last address of record. Takes about 7-10 days to receive it.

Ben&Zian there are 2 types of transcript mainly 1 is return transcript 2 is account transcript which one should I get?

IRS has a new rule that the transcripts no longer show the complete names&address on them and only show the last four digitals of socials. Anyone think this could cause an issue for ROC?]
