We submitted our H&R Block prepared 2016 federal income tax return and an H&R Block summary of our 2016 state tax return.  We did not submit any other tax years or transcripts.  We were approved without an RFE from VSC.

You do not have to submit original documents.  Submitting photocopies is fine.

I was about to order irs tax transcript via mail but when I was about to apply I noticed there are different types of transcript like tax return transcript, tax account transcripts it confused me that which one should I get I need them in order to apply for ROC can anyone help me with this

Usually, I know they focus on the most recent tax year but, getting the past 2-3 years wouldn't be harmful, in my opinion. The instructions on the form you are filling out should advise you, I would think?

FYI, I had the tax transcript mailed it to me when I started organizing my files. I read some posts a couple days ago recommending to print everything out in single sided. The ones IRS mail out is double-sided. I'll need to print them out again.

I had both types of transcripts sent to me, by the way.

I was thinking of making power of attorney and living will I heard we can prepare themselves and then we can get witness signatures or notary public but these are legal documents and I feel hesitant of making themselves and their future implications I mean we both don’t have any disease we don’t own houses cars and everything is under my spouse parents name and we are living them can we still make these documents ourselves?

Not sure if this is applicable to you since your spouse do not own the property.

What I know is, you can only do the Living will if you and your spouse own a property.

You can make these at any time. Doesn't matter how much or how little you physically own or share. Everyone at some point should always have some form of will and it should be updated every 5-10 years or as things change.

Power of attorney's are important as it designates your spouse as the one who will have control of things (finances, property, ect) if you became incompacitated, also get a Medical Power of Attorney, then they can make decisions on your care if you are unable to.

LegalZoom.com usually is a decent, affordable and simple way to do it yourself.

That's in part why I said some form of will. A will just says my things go to these people. Doesn't have to be property like housing or cars; but I don't know much about the specifics on the will portion,  but the OP can look and read into them also.
