Documents From USCIS to NVC...:

I just got my NOA2 Approved early this month and waiting to hear from the NVC. I submitted a LOT of documents to USCIS to prove that the marriage is real. Will all my documents that I submitted to USCIS be transferred to the NVC or do I need to resubmit everything ALL OVER AGAIN? When the NVC sends me a checklist of what they need, would it leave out documents they already got from USCIS or they just send a general checklist for the NVC stage even if USCIS sent them the same documents...

Your entire file will be sent from uscis to nvc. Nvc will send you a check list and it is advised that you submit the documents asked for even if it was already submitted to uscis. Evidence to prove bonifide relationship already submitted to uscis do not have to be submitted to nvc, but additional evidence can be submitted or can be taken to the interview.
