Can co-conspor naturalize U.S passport be use as proof of citizenship?

Hi everyone!  Can someone who knows this for a fact answer me truthful please. I've been reading but still unsure. I already call NVC they never pick up, been on hold for the last 50mint😭. Ok so my question is can a co-sponsor  use their naturalize U.S passport as proof of citizenship for NVC stage doing the I-864(AOS) if their actual certificate of citizenship is misplace at home..Please let me know God bless.
