I-94 issues.... PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello Everyone,

 

Please help, I'm trying to finish to fill in my Form I-485 and need to get some information to get "I-94 recent", but when I tried to open I don't have my record there.

 

i try to change my name etc still NO record.

 

Anybody can help me on this, please?

Sometimes it doesn't show up on the website, but you can call the CBP office where you entered the us and they will give you the infomation.

well that was happening to me once because i have first name...second name ....last name ...second last name... i was writing all that there!  after try a lot of times i just decide put just my first name and my two last names! and tarannnnnnnn! i got the record
