Hello. Do I need to bring the Birth Certificate of my petitioner’s (Mother USC) to the AOS interview? Does my mother need to be with me at the interview?

Approved I-130.

Yes you must show proof of US citizenship for all your sponsors. She doesn't need to attend if this is a marriage base petition, only your spouse.

Petitioner forgot to check the box for the question regarding meeting through a marriage broker lol. Sent him a letter asking to check the correct response and return. Got our NOA-2 around 9 days later!

My sister submitted her application in March and got an RFE last month for not including the multiple filing waiver ( her previous application expired at the embassy and she didn't think she had to include it this time)

Is it possible for me to get another RFIE/RFE

My RD is 10/4/17. I received a RFIE for BC with ET.

I have a co-sponsor brother USC for Affadavit of Support. Does this mean I will get something in the mail to submit his 2017 tax returns?
