Interesting. I am a naturalized USC and didn't send Birth Certificate .. Should I expect a RFE? I thought the USCIS only ask for Naturalized Certificate or Passport  either or ..

Beneficiary.

Send the Beneficiary Birth Certificate in an initial Packet?  USCIS doesn't mention birth certificate of Beneficiary or Petitioner ...

Proof of citizenship needed and it can be suffice by passport or Naturalized certificate as well. I am confused now..

I didn't sent birth certificate of me (Petitioner) or my fiance ... Should I expect RFE then?

No, a passport should be fine. They were options: you had to sent in at least one of the ones they mentioned

I only had an extract of BC. USCIS did not accept it causing RFIE. I was able to get my BC. USCIS accepted it. Initial packet in I-485?

Your passport should be fine.
