I checked through the vj forums for this particular topic but there isnt one. Just a collective one for people from all visa categories who have received that questionnaire. This was implemented by the trump administration last year in May 2017. It's an extention of the ban proposed but was overruled by majority of the federal judges.

My fiance was initially asked to submit joint sponsor forms at the time of the interview, which we did, then we were emailed this DS 5535 questionnaire and asked to sent back via email. I have heard and read that there is no known timeline for it. I created this topoc in this specific category because i would like to learn more and understand those who are going through the same nightmare. I thought the wait at uscis was worse but at least there was an order..but this feels like we are stuck in a black hole.

Please comment, advice, and vent.
