K1 Co-Sponsor

Hi to all,

 

I'm preparing and gathering all my requirement before interview date.

 

My Fiance is a retired Military and he has no job from now and he is studying. His mom and dad is willing to give the co sponsor from us.

 

my question is

 

1. What forms should the co sponsor need to sign and fill up?

2. His mom and dad are joint in there ITR. there is 1 dependent for them and that is my Fiance. do they need to sign both from the form his mom and dad?

 

please give me advise on this. thank you in advance

Documents that co sponsors have to do, are basically the same as main sponsor. All the proofs of financial stability, bank statements, W2 etc etc.

The other one, not sure about. I'm going to do similarly, but just use my mom, though it makes no difference whose income i'll choose, as mine is over minimum, but having a backup plan is good.
