Hi, I’m making a June 2018 Spouse Filers who are waiting for NOA2. Didn’t see much and would love to see how the progress are going for you guys and best of luck ☺️.

We filed in July 18, NOA1 7/20/18. So we're in the same place. Haven't heard anything. Nice to see someone else applying in a similar timeline to us. Hard to find similar dates and situation on here.

Yes it was hard finding this topic. My PD is June 28 and hope we are the lucky ones that gets approved before the 7- 9 months time frame lol.

Has anyone filed for a spouse in Saudi Arabia, please can you guys let me know how’s the process there? Would love to know your experience.

That’s great... I see people getting approved within 4 or 5 months. Hope we are the lucky ones to get approved soon.

We sent our I-130 to the Chicago Lockbox. We got our NOA on June 6th. Our processing center is Nebraska. We are in Macedonia, so shout out to small countries! No word so far.

TCS is 5.5 months, you guys are lucky. Almost close for approval soon, best of lucky while we are all still waiting for NOA2 ☺️

Hi, How did you get an estimate? All I see is the ranges on the website. For Nebraska it said 7-9.5 months.

Well you and check on USCIS website, they tell you the estimated time. And according with my lawyer it’s almot there.. probably in late dec , early Jan I’ll get an answer ,

When I check the USCIS website, it just says they received our case on June 6th. We got the I-797C NOA in the mail. I called once a few months ago and they just said to look at the ranges for your processing center.

YEs it’s true what they said... the range now it’s 6,5 for TSC... It can take less or it can Be over that time range ...
