What I don‘t quite understand...or more like...what else I don‘t quite understand is....what visa are you trying to adjust from?

you were in the country?had several boyfriends, then married somebod who abused you, but wanted to adjust status....then went back to ex boyfriwnd

She was married to a USC who abused her. That's all she needs for a VAWA claim. If VAWA is granted then she'll file for AOS based on an approved VAWA petition.

my baby really looks like abuser. that bothers me. 

I am not prefer this baby is his , the good thing is I don't need to deal with him in future for baby's child's support.

but nothing i can do. I glad to have this baby no matter who is the father. 

i wanted to died this Jan when I was lived in fear by the abuser and no signs he will get better  . but thought this baby i need to live.

It doesn't matter if you believe it or not. I know someone who got pregnant the first time she had sex in her life. You need to accept the facts. Your ex is not your baby's father therefore the only other man you had sex with around that time is 100% sure the father. It is simple. You need to get in touch with him so you can get a DNA test (for his sake/child support, as you already know he's the father even if you don't want to accept it).

I did not had several boyfriends like you said. I did not looked someone to use for GC.

I married to my ex abuser husband was based on love. abuse started after married and he refused to see marriage councilor . 

He said i am sick but he is not sick . he said  does not need to see marriage councilor . I  wanted to go with him together.
