I think OP means what is needed JUST for 134...  Is this a correct assumption @Bree2Sweet?

You do not HAVE to send bank statements unless they will help prove your income.. It can be a huge hassle for some, but if it is easy for you then by all means.

Copies NOA1 and NOA2 and NVC letter should probably go with fiance to the interview yes, but will probably not be asked for in being a part to the 134.

Employment Certificate is not required. Pay stubs are helpful, again not specifically asked for but if this helps you prove non-temporary income then by all means! I would send them - and did! :)
New Letter of Intent is not needed as part of the 134, but YES you SHOULD have an updated Letter of Intent as part of the whole interview packet you or your fiance takes to the interview, just to be safe.

If you use IRS transcripts you do not need to include 1099s or W2s or Schedules. If you are using Tax Returns then YES you need to include W-2s, 1099s and ALL schedules.

And the Letter from Employer seems to be very important.

Those are only if incase will be asked. Better to be prepared with eveything unless you wanna come home getting a 221g. The course of the interview and the requirements needed(except those in the checklist) depends on the interviewing officer and ofcourse on the interviewing embassy.. The mentioned above are only common added supplemental documents..
