You won't know it's been issued until it arrives. Your status *might* update online but often the status updates after the card has arrived.

******UPDATE******

My husband's card arrived in the mail today and it is for 2years. So unfortunately, I will be sending it back with more paperwork. Does anyone know hw long before we hear anything back? Thank you.

I am filling the form online and it is not giving me an option to explain they reason why am sending the card back. I chose DHS made an error and attached scan copy of passport and greencard as suggested. An help pls

Print it and then write on the form with a pen before mailing.

An update. We’ve submitted all the required documents online and we have been scheduled for another biometric. Am hoping that means they have acknowledged the mistake and working to correct it.

Hi there - I'm in the exact same boat - I filed the I-90 and re- did my biometrics last year in May 2019, and haven't heard back since. Any update on your case? When did you hear back and what was the process? Just making sure its supposed to take this long!
