Where can I file i130 form for sibling online?

If you live in North Carolina, mail the I-130 packet to the Chicago Lockbox. Just a FYI; USCIS now accepts credit cards: https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-expands-credit-card-payment-option-fees Thus, a quick way to get credit card rewards, for applicable credit card programs.

Like you mentioned above ^^^ WIFE.....siblings are a different story, as you realized. The processing time varies by country too and it's a very long wait.

Here is the list of documents I am sending out at Chicago Lockbox (USCIS PO BOX 804625 Chicago, IL 60680-4107):

 

- Form G1450 (approval to  use my credit card for $535)

- Form I130

- My Naturalization Certificate

- My USA Passport

- My Birth Certificate

- Sibling's Birth Certificate

 

Just wanted to post it here, in case I am missing out on anything. Thank you
