I-1864 and Co sponsor working and living abroad

Timeline

Today I got the welcome letter from NVC to start the process to bring my daughter . Is it okay for my cousin who is USC working and living abroad and filing return taxes from abroad to be my co sponsor and sign the affidavit of support I-864 form ?.

Normally, no. See item 5 on page 5 for exceptions to the requirement to be domiciled in the US. If your cosponsor does not meet these you’ll need to find one who lives in the US. https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-864instr.pdf?download=1

one more thing please. Do I have to submit 3 years return taxes of my co sponsor or only one last year
