AOS Change of Address

Hello,

 

I'm in the process of changing my address on USCIS website. So far, I have only changed Form I-485 (AOS) address, but I was wondering if I should also change it for Form I-765 (Work Authorization) and Form I-131 (Travel Document) since I'm gonna need to renew my EAD-AP combo card in the future while living in the new address.

 

Also, does anybody know what AOS Sub Type K1 Adjustment of Status fits into (see image below)?

 

 

Also, can anybody tell me what to put under "In the US as a"? (see picture below)

You would change the address for any currently pending applications. If you already have an EAD + AP, no need to update those....just use the new address if/when you renew (assuming the green card is not issued by then).

 

Top one....family-based adjustment IIRC your history correctly (AOS based on marriage).

 

I would use Other personally...you're not a visitor, student, or LPR. You cam on a  K-1, right? I can move it to the correct forum if so.

And yes, I came to the US on a K1-visa, married my fiancé and filed for AOS. So I'll just select "Other" and write "K1-visa holder" in the comment section under "Other."
