Supervisor would review first before it was refused.

If it has been returned then it has been reviewed first.

Oh i understand. Its more than a month..still my status is refused ..they didn't transfer case yet... possibly  maybe they  reveiw it

It takes more than a month before they will send it to NVC.  They will not respond as the decision has already been made.   Once at NVC it will be there for a month or two.  NVC will not be able to answer any questions while it is there.  Once at USCIS you'll receive confirmation that they are reviewing the file.  Then you will not hear anything for at least 5 months to up to (or more) a year.

It happened to me , after the visa got refused on the interview day , they send  the case to usa (uscis) for revocation .

i waited 15 months to finish their reviewing after the long wait they denied the case ( ps: we contacted the congressman , the embassy and the obudsman , no one helped us , they just told us to wait )

we reapplied again and now we are waiting .. the reviewing process is very long and stressful ,it will take minimum a year if you are lucky .

I hope that you will get a decision very soon :) but try to be very patient

best of luck
