im sorry but I don't think I am the only one asking the same questions thru different forum websites.... is there a problem with that?

I am here to ask for advice, if anyone has gone through the same thing.

where else did u see I asked this question? I always think its better to get as much good advice as I can... no harm in asking is there? thats what people are doing on here, even if the same question has been asked by someone else, they still ask the question.

You asked I answered.

My kiwi fiance had a B2 prior to our filing the 129f petition, and he visited with no problems once while it was pending at USCIS.  He had no prior overstays though, and strong ties to home (kids, etc).

You can use anything as evidence but it doesn’t necessarily mean they will think it’s relevant or enough ties. You will only know when you come. There’s no other way of knowing. Truth is a pending K1 and a previous denial give you somewhat of a red flag but it all comes down to CPB and if they believe you’ll go back. But you must show proof in paper not just talk.

Strong ties?

Kids, finances, business.  Apparently it was adequate at POE, because there was no hassling whatsoever.  It was his 7th or 8th trip to the US since 2015.

How was he able to immigrate?

I know everyone may have different experience but this is what happened with me. I have no overstays btw.

I was granted a B2 before filling for K1 and visited my fiancé after the K1 app was submitted.

I was never questioned about proving strong ties. The CBP only asked if that was my final destination, how long am I going to stay for and who was I visiting. No further questions even though my response was that I was visiting my fiancé. I was granted 6 months authorized stay both times.
