Our I-751s will be approved at the national USCIS centers or at our local USCIS offices?

General, our I-751 cases will be approved at the 4 national USCIS centers or will be transferred to our local USCIS office then will be approved over there?


Anybody can give a help? Thanks!


Removal of Conditions
09/12/2018  --  I-751 package was delivered to USCIS Lockbox in Texas.
09/17/2018  --  I-751 Petition was accepted. Case was transferred to Nebraska.
10/12/2018  --  NOA1 (Extension Letter) was received.

No member can really answer what USCIS will do with your case. The officer presiding over your file makes the determination to transfer your file to another center and it is all based on the center's workload.
