Where are you sending the emails? You should be emailing IVCasablanca@state.gov

Be sure to include the petitioner and beneficiary's full names, birth dates and your NVC case number. They don't answer the phone so calling is useless. Generally they will respond to emails sent to IVCasablanca@state.gov within anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. Keep emailing them every week or so until they respond.

sanaa .It is mentioned that they extend the petition automatically .it is upsetting as disappointing when you have to arrange few things around that matter .according to the website they are 3 to 4 months backed up because of the DV program (peak season now).i hope you hear something soon.:)

We have seen October is full unless there is a cancelation

Have you received the notice for the medical exam?

Have you gotten the 2 police reports?  obtain a Fiche Anthropometrique and a Casier Judiciaire from the Central Police station

Is the Moroccan well versed in what to expect? as several of us can help with that / just tell us

Look to November hopefully or December for an interview

you do not have the letter (to take to medical) or list of doctors yet, but he could get the criminal reports done  one does expire in 90 days but that fact is usually overlooked )/ try to get reports done in late October to be safe

Your case is complete in august and sent to embassy so you should be among the ones with an interview in this quarter

Take this time to prepare Moroccan finance for this interview

Read the portal for Moroc and embassy reviews /  look to RJand Hamid as they successfully passed a K1 interview
