Nope, just the form with 18 pages. The supplement A has 4 pages, ryt? We do not need to fill that up coz we entered legally through K1.

Hello. I would like to ask if there is anyone here who filed their AOS after their 90-day period? I got married last week of October and my visa expired on November 6. We have to wait for the arrival of the Marriage Certificate which only arrived yesterday (Nov 13) which means I am filing my AOS beyond the visa expiry date. Anyone can help please and what did you do? Thank you.

It doesnt matter as long as you got married within the 90-day period. Ive seen some people who even applied two years after their wedding due to lack of funds, etc.

and they still get the approval? Do you know if the Supplement A applies to me since I am "unlawfully staying" here? Thank you @BnK

Why are you unlawfully staying? I thought you came through K1?

Yes, they still got approval and some were given the 10 year GC instead.

Yes, I came here via K1 but since my visa expired last Nov 6 (based on i-94) I am just worried that this would cause any trouble on my part.

Nope. As long as we got married within the 90-day window, we are fine. That expiration only applies if we stayed single and did not marry.
