Hello,

my fiancé is filling the i-134 form for our K1 visa. We are not sure what date to put in part 3 question 29, the date of filing the visa petition. Is it the date of our NOA2?

Also, in part part 3, question 8.b, my fiancé doesn't have any mortgage or real estate property but he has a student debt, does it put the amount of his student debt there?

Thank you

If you are including your current visa petition for this fiancee in part 3 question 29 then I would put the date you filed this current petition.  And do not include debt on this form.  The asset section is optional if the petitioner does not earn enough money to sponsor the beneficiary the assets may be included here.  If not than N/A is fine
