Hi everyone,

 

My I-751 extension letter expires on 10/29. I'm currently abroad, flying back on 10/16. Would I be able to ask the USCIS officer at the border to get my extension there instead of constantly trying to get an Infopass appointment in NYC?

i had a stamp on my passport. because the officer could not see my status on his PC. i got pulled in the immigration room at the newark airport where they can see your status. Then, they released me. i hope it helps.

This is my 12-month extension. The USCIS never sent me the "new" one. Why do you ask?
