Fiance called US embassy in Vilnius. They said to wait for the letter from them before proceeding to do anything. So guess now we wait again.
How long does it take for petition to get to nvc, and then forwarded to embassy?

Nobody can say with any certainty. Normally we have seen 2 weeks to NVC a day or so with NVC and then who knows when NVC will ship. So I say plan on a month. If it get there sooner go out and play the Lottery. YMMV

A month sounds about right. It varies by country and by case, of course.

 

For me, for example, my NOA2 was September 4th and now today (October 4) the CEAC tracker just said that my petition is Ready at the Manila embassy.
