On our I-129F, I submitted chats in Word format, not downloads. USCIS wrote that the chat transcripts were "questionable." Problem is: all of our Messenger chats have been lost. Fiancee's Messenger account crashed, and now no chats show up when I try to download. Our oldest chat is an actual download from April 2016, almost two years ago but not quite. Are we going to be rejected at the interview? (removed)
