Was the OP a current filipino citizen? The spouse being the one having been petitioned by the OP who is currently LPR out of Singapore where they filed the initial petition that does sound like a spouse or partner of a foreign national unless they were also still a current Filipino citizen at that time, however if not then ok I'm wrong, but it didn't sound that way from the OP.

There are NO foreign nationals.  Husband and wife and both Philippine citizens.   With one being an LPR (green card) in the USA... thus the F2A visa.

Thank you for all your reply :) I'm green card holder Filipino Citizen and same as my spouse. He is just working in SG.

Do I need to update his DS-260 ? Because I change my employer.

Thanks in advance.

Can you log in and access the DS-260 you have already completed, or is it an electronic form that was submitted upon completion and you now have only a confirmation page?

If the DS-260 is an active online form you could then login and update the form .. otherwise you would end up completing a new form and keeping THAT confirmation page.

It is possible to ask the CO to update that information in the DS-260 during the interview.

I'm in the same boat of changing embassy. It's been 3 weeks since the transferred and still nothing. Why does it take so long to transfer only the file?

You profile and timeline are blank .. helps if we know what country you are dealing with.

Thank You hank for the response. I just tried to log in if I can edit ds-260 and  i realized it cannot :D

Just in case,  if I was able to receive my w2 and my joint sponsor w2 year 2018 before my spouse Interview. Is it advisable to present to the interviewer just in case he/she ask for it. If yes, is there a possibility that the interviewer may request for aos  and Income tax return 2018? Tnx

Only if you have a new tax return (2018) to accompany the new 2018 W2.   For now the 2017 W2 & tax return are the most recent required.
