Please I need advise on this , I met my wife in 2013 and she won the DV lottery in 2014 and went for interview in March 2015 but  and we married in June 2015 and she went to the states in August 2015 . She came back to Ghana late February 2016 and she said we should again do civil marriage which we did in court and had a marriage certificate in April 2016  and she left to the states 3 days later but was pregnant and filed for me in August 2016, she gave  birth in December2016 and later came to Ghana November 2017 with my daughter and left in January but left my daughter behind . My daughter bears my surname but unfortunately my name is not on the birth certificate as the father's side is blank since I wasn't there when she was born.

1. Should I tell the consular I had my wedding in June 2015 or April 2016 which I had the civil marriage at the court ?

2. Will the consulate refuse me visa if I married her before she left without a marriage certificate when I had done both traditional and church wedding?

3. Can I send my daughter to the interview?
