No green card after 3 months of POE

Hey..I entered US in June 2018 POE Philadelphia....after 3-4weeks i received my ssn...but still now i didnt receive my green card and the uscis status tells fee received.

Is it normal?

Yes it is. And there doesn’t seem to be a standard waiting timeline. Check the ‘OS115A Status’ thread  for reference.

Yes i did...the status in uscis shows fee received

Are you sure you paid the right fees the immigrant fee cannot be paid before hand because your a number comes on the new visa the immigrant fee is the a number on your visa that they printed in your passport and your case number if you paid the right fee you would of gotten an IOE number which you can then track on the uscis website and they should of issued an tracking  number from post office

I paid the fee after i got the visa in hand...i paid the fee of usd220 in may 2018...i entered US in June 2018...i received my ssn no and card after 3-4 weeks of entry into US....i have receipt no IOExxxxxxx...when i enter it in the case tracker it tells visa fee received in May 2018....

My parents-in-law received their green card 5 weeks after their arrival, however, it can be longer. Waiting for a little bit longer and if you still not receive it, then contact them (it does not hurt to contact them even at this point but they can simply tell you to wait).

I did contact them the email told to wait 120 days after the POE....

That’s not true. I guess it depends on your Embassy. 

The moment I’ve been approved the CO gave me a paper with instructions on how and where to pay Immigration fee. Paid it about an hour after approval and I still have to go pick up my passport. 

Receipt number starts with IOE indeed.
