No sir, not yet! I think it takes about almost 2 months to ship, receive by embassy and set up an interview. I’m hoping by end of year.

regarding AOS

I submitted most recent year IRS tax return transcript and w2 for last year as you mentioned.

 

but I didn't submit any current paystubs hope that will not cause delay

You don’t need pay stub. Well, at least NVC didn’t ask me

finally after 9 days everything got accepted except biographical page of passport.

I submitted vertically they rejected it and left a message I need to upload horizontally . I just did horizontally so don't know how long it takes for them to review.
