hey my father told me he submitted all the original documents to nvc and he doesnot have copies of them can I go with my interview letter only

You MUST provide originals of all civil documents........if you attempt to attend the interview without them, then you will either be denied or you will get a 221g asking for them.

 

He should have not submitted originals to NVC.....and he should have copied everything he sent.

you will have to GET them. reorder them, whatever. you HAVE to have them. not having them is NOT an option.

 

your father should have sent in copies.

just order new original/certified copies. 

 

how badly do you want to come if you're not willing to even TRY and obtain the things you need? Every day, people all over the world go through the process of gathering the documents they need to move here. While some things are easier/faster to obtain than others, none of it is impossible.

but isn't there a possibility that they have my originals coz if my dad submitted them then they must be having them don't you think all i need to tell them is that my dad sent you the documents already

am telling you i talked to my father and told him to get me the originals and he said they took them and he also said they already have them so nothing to do i guess i will go with my interview letter only

how can i order for new documents and btw how do i get the form ds 260

you will be denied.

 

or they will issue an RFE but you would STILL have to get the originals to comply/be approved

 

how old are you? stop talking to your father and do the legwork yourself. your dad ###### up.

Just call NVC and confirm with them...about the originals ...and get an answer from them ...explain them your situation and if they say they will put a note on application that will be forwarded to embassy about originals in the file ...then u should be ok...otherwise just get new certificate.....

google is your friend.

 

you will have to contact the department for whatever document you need in whatever country you need it from.

They will not have them.........you will have to get new ones....or you will NEVER get your visa......is that clear enough??

I'm afraid it doesn't work like that.  The applicant is responsible for bringing original documents to the interview.

you just don't get it.......my father is my petitioner he did all the paperwork all he did was sending me the interview letter
